We are launching on a massive scale with clients in the e-comm space of fashion, shoes, accessories, sporting, beauty, health products, homewares and more. Based on the southern end of the beautiful Gold Coast, we are rebranding and are backed by sophisticated investors and reputable board members with a proven track history for growing and scaling successful start-ups. 

Led by a driven female founder with a fast paced vision, you will contribute to the team’s positive work environment, which encourages a flexible approach to achieve united outcomes which will lead to our global expansion.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Success Coordinator who will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Your job is to work closely with our brands to coach them on using the Try@Home platform to ensure they receive the optimal outcomes. You are to be our customers guiding light though the e-commerce space, all the while providing exceptional customer service and representing our company.  

Key responsibilities 

  • Act as primary point of contact for our customers enquiries ensuring a positive experience
  • Provide coaching and support on existing and new features of the platform
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty are maintained
  • Be proactive in trouble shooting ensuring issues are resolved promptly and our customers are updated throughout the process
  • Transition the client from the sales team and support them with the onboarding process.
